Alan B. Densky, CH's Profile:   He is the past director of the Fort Myers Appetite & Smoking Control Center, and The Center For Applied Hypnosis. The center was formed in February 1978 to concentrate on weight loss and smoking cessation through hypnosis. Since opening the center, Mr. Densky has successfully helped over 10,000 clients. In addition, he also helped people with stress, pain, migraine, phobias, and insomnia. With the creation of Neuro-VISION, Mr. Densky has pooled his skill as a certified hypnotherapist and a Neuro-linguistic programmer with the magic of modern video technology. Densky, who built the largest professional practice South of Sarasota, Florida has extensive training and certification in Neuro-linguistic programming, a sort of "space age" hypnosis. He attended the Hypnosis Consultation & Training Center and The Southern Institute of NLP. Mr. Densky is the author of several published textbooks on hypnotherapy and NLP and he has received clients by referral from many medical physicians. His biggest thrill, he says, comes from listening to success stories of his former clients. Mr. Densky began franchising Neuro-VISION Appetite & Smoking Control Centers in May of 1987, but changed over to a licensing format to make Neuro-VISION more available to physicians and psychologists instead.
