To Get A Great And Healthy Body, Your Mind And Body Need To Be In Synch

The troublemaker: It’s not what’s on the outside, but what’s on the inside that is!!

We all talk about our physical problems, it may be a heart disease or cancer or just obesity. Unfortunately, half of man’s problems start in his brain and the way he thinks.

There are many people in this world who tend to believe that rewards can be reaped without putting in the best effort possible. They intend to move on in life without making an extra effort and try and push forward with someone else’s help.

There are those kinds of people as well who want to reach their goals in the quickest way possible. They battle high and low to find perfect ways to achieve the best in the short time possible. Even without trying for months or years.

More than doing all this with work, or business or any such professional fields, it usually the case when it comes to fitness.

Many who seek fitness in terms of health assume that they can achieve everything without even trying hard to do something to reach their goal. Say, get into shape and lose weight without dieting, being fit without even budging an inch.

Guess what they think that perfect health will come about just by eating, drinking and smoking and doing just as they please. Some are of the school of thought who feel that just by popping in a pill and going to bed, they will wake up to be skinny for life.

For them each shortcut will help them reach their final destination.

Many forget that it is the undisputed law of nature that everything that goes around, comes around, every action has surely got an equal and opposite reaction, well yes that is what Newton said in his third law of motion. Seriously!! We cannot get all that we want with a flick of a finger, wish it was that simple.

Let’s take an example of a person who gets a lot of money and not even trying hard to earn as much. Will that person be satisfied? Can he feel happy about getting all that without even making an attempt?

Then why not try and get what you want by working on towards it. If you have to shed those extra kilos you need to try. Nothing is easy!

There is much more to all that. With the fear of failing miserably even before you try, you will not have happiness falling in your lap. You will end up getting all sorts of diseases. You wanting to get a quick remedy to all the problems and not even trying hard to achieve it… will lead you to become a much weaker human being.

If you try and try hard with perseverance or diligence and work hard, it will change the very reason of your existence. In the micro level, you become a stronger person.

There are many who have said, it’s better to have tried and failed than to have never tried at all. Then why not try and really work and slog to lose weight than just sitting and hoping that those fatty acids will slowly shed away by itself.
