Squats

Standing upright, you want to bend the knees while keeping the arms stretched out parallel to the floor. Slowly, bend the knees until the thighs become parallel to the floor. For the more advanced person, a weight bar or actual weights can be used. In this case, the weights are placed across the shoulders and behind the neck.
